This role works closely with licensed Landscape Architects and project teams to bring ideas to life through renderings, plans, and graphics that balance aesthetics, functionality, and environmental considerations. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to grow within a collaborative, design-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop conceptual designs, sketches, and visualizations to support project proposalsProduce high-quality renderings, presentation boards, and graphics to communicate design intentCollaborate with Landscape Architects, planners, and multidisciplinary teams to refine designsAssist with layout plans and drafting using AutoCAD or similar toolsResearch and recommend plant materials, hardscape elements, and site featuresIncorporate feedback from project teams, clients, and regulatory agencies into design revisionsSupport client presentations and participate in project discussions as neededOccasionally assist with site visits to gather information and support project coordinationQualificationsBachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture (Master's preferred)1+ years of professional experience in landscape design or related fieldProficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting softwareFamiliarity with SketchUp, Lumion, or other 3D visualization toolsExperience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Strong graphic, visualization, and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a collaborative environmentStrong communication skills and willingness to learn and growWork Environment & ScheduleIn-office for the first six (6) months; hybrid work arrangement available thereafterPrimarily office/studio-based work with occasional field/site visitsModerate travel for site visits, meetings, or project supportWhat We OfferOpportunity to work on meaningful, community-impacting projectsCollaborative, multidisciplinary team environmentHands-on experience supporting municipal and public-sector workCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefitsProfessional growth and development with a clear path toward licensure
