We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our healthcare team. This position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the healthcare field and learn about scheduling, coordination, and office operations within a home care agency.
Responsibilities:
Assist with scheduling caregivers and clients
Communicate with staff and clients to confirm shifts and availability
Maintain accurate records and update scheduling systems
Support administrative tasks as needed
Provide excellent customer service to clients and team members
Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry)
Interest in healthcare or office administration preferred
