Agent Aspirant – Future Agency Owner

We are looking for a highly motivated, competitive, and growth-minded Agent Aspirant who wants more than just a job. This opportunity is designed for someone interested in developing the skills, experience, and leadership needed to pursue agency ownership in the future.

Our office is a fast-paced, production-driven environment where you will gain hands-on experience in customer acquisition, relationship building, business development, office operations, leadership, and overall agency growth.

What You'll Do

• Generate and develop new customer opportunities

• Conduct needs-based conversations with prospective and existing customers

• Build relationships and maintain a strong follow-up pipeline

• Meet monthly production and activity goals

• Learn how to manage and grow a book of business

• Develop leadership, business management, and team-building skills

• Participate in agency marketing and community outreach

• Learn the daily operations behind running a successful agency

• Work directly with the agency owner on professional development and preparation for future leadership opportunities

• Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred; ability to obtain required licensing may be necessary

• Previous customer-facing, business development, or sales experience is a plus
